  1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.

  4. Select Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.
  5. Choose POP or IMAP and click Next.

  2. Under the Outgoing Server tab, check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.

    • Incoming server (IMAP): 993 (use SSL)

  4. Click OK, then Next to test the settings.
  5. Finish the setup by clicking Close and Finish.
