Email Account Details

To set up your account, you'll need the following credentials:

Email Address / Username your.email@yourdomain.com
Password Your email password

Incoming Mail (IMAP) Settings

Use these settings to receive emails:

Account Type IMAP
Incoming Server dedi413.jnb2.host-h.net
Default Port (Non-SSL) 143
SSL Port 993
Encryption SSL recommended

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Settings

Use these settings to send emails:

SMTP Server dedi413.jnb2.host-h.net
Default Port (Non-SSL) 587
SSL Port 465
SMTP Authentication Enabled (required)

Setting Up Email in Microsoft Outlook

Follow these steps to configure your email in Microsoft Outlook:

Open Microsoft Outlook.

Go to File → Account Settings → Account Settings.

Click New to add a new email account.

Select Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.

Choose POP or IMAP and click Next.

Enter the following details:
  • Your Name: As you'd like it to appear
  • Email Address: your.email@yourdomain.com
  • Account Type: IMAP
  • Incoming mail server: dedi413.jnb2.host-h.net
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): dedi413.jnb2.host-h.net
  • Username: Your full email address
  • Password: Your email password

More Settings:
  • Click More Settings.
  • Under the Outgoing Server tab, check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
  • Under the Advanced tab:
    • Incoming server (IMAP): 993 (use SSL)
    • Outgoing server (SMTP): 465 (use SSL) or 587 (use TLS)

Click OK, then Next to test the settings.

Finish the setup by clicking Close and Finish.
