Case-study videos, timed to the voiceover
The Case Study Engine turns a project brief and a recorded voiceover into a timed, animated case-study video. Each animation starts on the words it belongs to.
The brief
Explainer and case-study videos usually need a production house and several weeks. This tool writes a script from a short brief, takes the recorded voiceover, finds the timing of every phrase and builds animated scenes that play in sync with it. The finished presentation is screen-recorded as a 16:9 or 4:5 video.
What we did
- A script assistant that turns a product brief into a voiceover script with visual notes
- A timing engine that uses Whisper word timestamps to set scene and sentence timing
- Animated scenes in Next.js and Framer Motion, styled from each brand's guidelines
- Voiceovers recorded with ElevenLabs or OpenAI text-to-speech
- A repeatable build process, written up as an AI agent skill

The result
It has produced 25 video projects, counting versions, for brands including ParkUpp, MySky Networks, TaxCompass and FuelDrop. Videos are screen-recorded from the finished presentation for now.
