Does it have to go on the Chrome Web Store?
No. For internal tools we usually install the extension privately for your team. If you want customers to use it, we can publish it on the Chrome Web Store for you.
Can it connect to our CRM?
Usually, yes. If your CRM has an API, the extension can read and write to it, the way ours links Gmail and WhatsApp Web to our own CRM.
Is it safe?
An extension only gets the permissions it asks for, so we keep them to the minimum. We'll tell you exactly what it can see before you install it.
Will it work in Edge or Brave?
Edge, Brave and other browsers built on Chromium can run Chrome extensions, usually without changes. We test in the browsers your team uses.
