ParkUpp · PropTech

The tech behind a parking platform taking R750k–R800k a month in card payments

We're ParkUpp's main development partner. We built and look after the booking, payments and operations tools behind its monthly parking service.

The brief

ParkUpp rents out monthly parking bays. It needed bookings, recurring card payments and back-office tools that keep up as the network grows.

What we did

  • Booking and monthly subscription flow
  • Recurring card payments and the payment-gateway integration
  • CRM and operations tools for the ParkUpp team
  • The website and marketing landing pages, including grouped parking pages with QR codes

The result

By January 2026 the platform was handling R750k–R800k a month in recurring card payments. By March 2026 its map listed 13,227 parking bays.

“And I appreciate you for your skills and looking after our business. Thank you Mark”

How we measured this

Monthly card-payment volume reported in January 2026. This is money paid through the platform, most of which goes to landlords. It isn't ParkUpp's own revenue. Bay count is the capacity listed on the live map in March 2026, not bays occupied.

Recorded: from a system report. Reported: figures the client gave us in a meeting or email. Calculated: worked out from those numbers.
