Exousia Bulk Services · Bulk fuel and mining transport

A website and admin tools for a bulk transport company

A marketing website for a South African bulk transport company that runs fuel and LPG tankers, tippers and mining logistics. Behind it sits a private admin for enquiries, email signatures and business cards.

The brief

Exousia was founded in 2023 and works on long-term contracts with energy, mining and industrial clients. It needed a credible website, plus consistent email signatures, business cards and sales material that staff could produce without a designer.

What we did

  • A marketing site with home, about, services (with FAQs), team and contact pages, written from the company profile
  • A contact form that saves each enquiry, limits spam and emails a notification, with an admin list of the latest enquiries
  • An email signature generator with a saved staff list: copy, download or email each signature from the admin
  • A business card generator with a print-ready PDF (bleed and crop marks), plus a digital contact card page per person
  • A brand CI guide and a printable A4 sales brochure, built as web pages

The result

The full site replaced a holding page in July 2026. In October 2026 a brand guide was added and outbound email moved to SMTP2GO. The admin has user access control and a log of every email sent.
