The brief

DIY Hardware wanted to sell its hardware range online, through its own website and on Amazon.

What we did

  • The online store and product catalogue
  • Product feeds for Google Shopping, including brand data and new ranges
  • Support for the Amazon channel
  • Google Ads campaigns
  • Monthly sales reporting and planning with the client

The result

In December 2025 the business reported R220k in combined online sales. By the 3 March 2026 review, sales for the year stood at R660k: R316k through the website and R344k through Amazon.

How we measured this

Figures reported by the client in monthly performance meetings. They are rounded, include all traffic sources and are not profit. Google Ads cost is from the account invoices, excluding VAT. It is a side-by-side comparison, not attributed ad revenue.

Recorded: from a system report. Reported: figures the client gave us in a meeting or email. Calculated: worked out from those numbers.
