A document library for an EU-funded trade programme
We look after the website of the EU-funded Tripartite Transport and Transit Facilitation Programme, and built the library that shares its documents.
The brief
The TTTFP helps harmonise road transport rules across Eastern and Southern Africa, and is funded by the EU. Its reports went out through Dropbox. The team wanted one place to publish them and to know who was reading.
Delivered for G. Fischer Consulting and Magna BC.
What we did
- A custom file manager, so staff can publish documents themselves
- Public folders behind a short sign-up, with every download logged
- Download reports the team can export
- A Quick and a Comprehensive download area, with folders for four languages
- Training videos, gallery updates, a PHP 8 upgrade and hosting
The result
The library replaced Dropbox in September 2019, and the download areas went live in May 2022. We've hosted and supported the site ever since.
