Quotes, proposals and pitch decks, drafted with AI and checked by people
WF-Quote is where our quotes, proposals and presentations are written. It turns rough notes into a first draft, checks every document against our house style and exports to Word and PDF.
The brief
Quotes and proposals used to start from a blank page. WF-Quote keeps every client project, its documents and its presentations together, so each one starts from what worked before.
What we did
- A web workspace with Google sign-in for writing, editing and exporting quotes
- Word export, and print-ready A4 presentations as PDF
- House writing guides and automatic checks for every document
- Interactive 16:9 pitch decks shared as private links
- A private MCP server, so AI assistants can draft into it safely

It holds 66 projects with quote documents and 48 presentations, added between April and October 2026.
